No Shows and Cancellations

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • We reserve the right to charge the full grooming fee for a "no-show" or last-minute cancellation due to the loss of revenue.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet or client for any reason. While we understand emergencies may arise, we cannot accommodate frequent cancellations or no-shows.

Pet Health and Safety

  • Pets will be accepted for grooming only if they are fit and healthy. Grooming elderly or infirm pets is done at the owner's risk. Nose To Toes Grooming cannot be held liable for any pre-existing health or skin conditions that may be exposed during grooming.

  • Pets must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations (as required by law), unless otherwise discussed with us.

  • In the event of an emergency, in your absence, you authorize Nose To Toes Grooming to contact the nearest veterinarian and authorize the veterinarian to treat your pet as necessary, at your expense.

  • For safety reasons, please ensure that all dogs are on a leash and all cats are in carriers when entering our facility.

Pick-Ups and Drop-Offs

  • To ensure smooth operations, please adhere to your scheduled drop-off and pick-up times. Timeliness is crucial for our groomers to complete services efficiently. We will notify you when your pet is ready for pick-up and request your prompt arrival. Charges may apply for late drop-offs and pick-ups to respect our staff's schedules.

Vaccinations

  • Pets should be up to date with their vaccinations. Nose To Toes Grooming will not be responsible if your pet falls ill. If your pet is sick, please reschedule your appointment.
